POLICIES & GUIDELINES
- All sessions are booked for 45-60 minutes, unless otherwise stated.
- The number of sessions will vary based upon each client’s membership level and college application demands. Generally, sessions will be booked every other week but never to exceed more than once per week so that I may maintain a consistent schedule with consideration to all of my clients.
- Appointments may be requested online through the client appointment portal at www.gatewaycollegeapps.com/connect.html or by texting my number directly.
- Please arrive for scheduled appointments on time and be mindful that I may have another appointment before and/or after our session.
- I am usually completely booked each week, so please cancel/change an appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that the slot may be filled by someone else.
- Local clients will meet in my Katy area home office conveniently located just two minutes off of the Grand Parkway and I-10. Virtual clients will meet via GoToMeeting and must ensure that a reliable computer with internet, video, and audio capabilities is available during scheduled meeting times.
- Please bring any necessary materials and the college action folder (which will be provided) to each meeting.
- Delays in receiving requested information and documents such as transcripts, schedules, and test scores can delay work on my end. Please make every attempt to respond promptly to such requests.
- Although it is my intention to provide superb and strategic guidance throughout the process, the demands of the applications, including ensuring the accuracy of information and the timeliness of submissions, are entirely the student’s responsibility.
- A lot of time is invested behind-the-scenes in researching and strategizing, so please ensure that any regular payments are timely and in accordance with the membership agreement.
- Payments are offered for the sole benefit of my clients at no extra charge. Please be aware that all activity on the member’s application process including research, development of materials, resources, appointments, and guidance will be suspended until payment is received.
- I guarantee that I am giving the best of my knowledge and talents to create maximum opportunities for all of my clients and have an excellent track record of helping students gain acceptance, but please understand that I cannot guarantee admission or acceptance into any school.
- I ask that you trust the process and do all that is requested so that the best possible outcome prevails.
- Please respect the time invested in the materials that I create and do not copy, post online, or distribute to anyone in any way. These resources are intended solely for the benefit of Gateway clients and are owned by Cassie Friend, DBA Gateway College Consulting & Tutorial Services.
