I have a double major in English and Speech Communications with secondary teaching certification and have taught all levels of high school English to all levels of students. While I possess gifted and talented (GT) certification and am trained through the Rice Advanced Placement (AP) Institute, I have also worked extensively with students who struggle with various learning challenges including dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, autism, auditory and visual impairments, social disorders and other classifications.
